| The Disinformation Campaign: Please think at least twice |
August 13, 2009 at 23:46:35 EST |
| by Benyamin B |
| Since September 2008, there has been a massive expansion of government in the USA, practically unprecedented in history. Not surprisingly, this largely unconstitutional shift has been met with great opposition from the people. Many ordinary people with no prior interest or experience in politics have begun writing articles, starting groups, leading rallies and taking part in other kinds of peaceful protests against these policies. In fact, recently, on Tax Day (April 15), there were major protests – referred to as "Tea Parties" (named after the Boston Tea Party of 1773) – all over the country, with an estimated one million people in attendance.
Unfortunately, the gro... read more. |

| Facebook Authoritarianism |

| What makes Facebook so unique is that it is the first social networking website that was successfully created for real people to be able to keep in touch with each other. Founded in 2004 by Harvard students Mark Zuckerberg, Chris Hughes, David Moskovitz, Eduardo Saverin and Andrew McCollum, Facebook was initially open only to college students (in the very beginning, only to students in Ivy League and Boston-area universities). It was later expanded to high school students, who could only join by being invited by someone already on Facebook. Only later was it opened to everyone.
In the early days of Facebook (back in 2006), some users (including a high-ranking... read more. |

| Dear America,
If you haven't heard about the petition to protect US Sovereignty, please read the article associated with it (http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=94380) and sign the petition by following the link provided. Your freedom is at stake.
Our current President, Barrack Hussein Obama, is calling for a united global regime, consisting of many nations (some of which would like to see much harm done to our great nation by even a fiery means), controlled by the United Nations. We,... read more. |

July 4, 2009 at 00:30:29 EST |
| by the ATC |
| The ATC has released a set of unique and distinct banners that individuals can now place on their websites, forums and/or groups. These banners allow anyone to show support for the ATC and/or to join The Coalition (the ATC's Coalition of Websites and Groups against terrorism and collectivism) in style. Among the banners is the traditional ATC Peace Banner; a new individualism banner known as the ATC Individualism Banner; and various banners opposing many of the world's collectivist ideologies, systems and/or states, including: Islam, Nazism, fascism, communism, socialism, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Saudi Arabia, Pakist... read more. |

| Geneva Conventions, Stimulus Packages and Global Warming...... Oh my! |
May 5, 2009 at 16:20:28 EST |
| by Christopher Hodges |
| Where was I? Oh right. The Messiah. Before I get to him I want to divert to a side note. I recently saw a documentary on the History Channel about the battle of Antietam. For those of you who don't know, it was the bloodiest battle in U.S. history. Approximately 23,000 people died within 12 hours. It took place during the Civil War, so it means that brothers were killing brothers, fathers killing sons, cousins, nephews, friends and so on. This war was, essentially, America's Holocaust.
I know, I know. Relevance right? Well, the only reason I'm mentioning this is because I just watched it and since th... read more. |

| Gaming Communism |

| by Stalfos Conner |
| Video game and console giant Nintendo used to be dominant in the video game industry since the launch of the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) console in the early 1980s. In fact, Nintendo saved the video game industry from the North American Video Game Crash of 1983.
Released in 1977, the Atari 2600 video game console quickly became one of the most popular video gaming systems ever, popularizing the use of video game cartridges (instead of having video games built-in) and video game consoles in general.
Back then, it was easy for programmers to develop video games and publish them for the Atari 2600, as they were free to do so. There were no restrictions, laws or whatever to prevent... read more. |

| What the Hell Has Happened to This Country? |
April 20, 2009 at 01:34:11 EST |
| by Christopher Hodges |
| Turn on your TV and tell me what you see. If you’re on any sort of news channel, you’re most likely going to be hearing about our newest president, the economic crisis, conflicts between nations, and other things of that nature. It’s all dark and gloomy now. Why? Because it sells. Ratings go through the roof when you tune in to watch that garbage and half the time you turn on the news these days, it’s not even news. Instead, it’s someone’s interpretation of what the news should be. As an American, this disgusts me. Why? Because I love my country and its history. That’s why.
You know, there used to be a time in this country when you could turn on t... read more. |

| Leftism and the West |
July 18, 2008 at 12:00:00 EST |
| by Stalfos Conner |
According to leftists, drug abuse should be legal, alongside prostitution; while freedom of speech should be restricted, in order for it not to be used to insult others based on their religious beliefs, and taxes should be increased to stimulate economic growth. Obviously, not all leftists support the same things, as there are multiple forms of leftism. Whether it's socialism, such as Nazism in Germany, communism in North Korea or liberalism in the West, it's all leftism; and all forms of leftism want to restrict freedoms to themselves and to those they support, but not to opposing parties. This is known as "political correctness" in the West.
Back in the days be... read more. |
